Orders & Shipping:

• We ship orders on Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday.
• Please double-check your contact info to avoid any issues with your order.
• Wearable merch is created in small batches or printed on demand to minimize waste.
• Turnaround time is 1 week - 14 business days.

 

Shipping:

• FREE shipping with a $50 purchase (excluding international orders).
• Some items may ship separately; feel free to contact us at merch@thedonasproject.com for clarification.

 

Shirt Odor:

• The vinegar-like smell or off-white residue on your shirt is from a fixation agent during the printing process; it's temporary and washes off.

 

Returns/Exchanges:

• Incorrectly printed items: Contact us at merch@thedonasproject.com, and we'll make it right.
• Damaged items during shipping: Reach out, and we'll fix or replace them.

 

No Refunds/Exchanges:

• Due to small batches, limited runs, and on-demand printing, we can't offer refunds or exchanges unless there's a product issue as mentioned above.

 

Undeliverable Packages:

• Undeliverable packages returned due to address issues will be refunded for merchandise but not shipping. Reorder if needed.

 

Candle Shipments:

• During hot months, we ship candles on Monday-Wednesday to prevent melting.

 

Holiday Orders:

• For wearable merch by the holidays, order by the first week of December; for other items, order by the second week. Virtual gift cards are available year-round.
